Also, I made the King Arthur Flour chocolate and cinnamon babkas. it was a first time and wow, 2 sets of 2 hour proofs. It was OK? The chocolate one was demolished at the office. The cinnamon one is below. I thought they seemed dry though I cooked them only until just reaching an internal temperature of 195 F/91 C.
