One universe is too small for Mara Jade and River Song

I know there are a few out here who follow this LJ, have read the Star Wars Expanded Universe, watched new Dr. Who, and like Doctor River Song.  For that admittedly very small space in the intersecting circles on the Venn diagram, Separated At Birth is my offering. I posted it on AO3, but that site is pretty wonky right now.  But here's the link in case it works better for you.  For the first time I've just removed a review from the story because yuck. 

Narnia Big Bang and Mini Big Bang

So, it's up, it's live and the deadline is February 25 with minimum counts of 10,000 words (mini big bang) and 20,000 (big bang). They really need artists! And writers, too! So commit! Sign up!! Let's all play in the first ever  Narnia Big Bang!!!   Huge thanks to caramelsilver  and snacky and unsuitenedt for running the challenge!!



And, YEAH and HUZZAH, they are accepting a work in progress so long as it is finished. So, realistically, what's doable for me? 1) Finishing Harold and Morgan, definitely. 2) Bringing Apostolic Way to an interim conclusion -- Peter and Susan off to war and Lucy and Edmund in 1943, possible. 3) Peter and Susan in the War years, possible. Completing two of those three? ... hmmm, maybe. Finishing Apostolic Way as a complete story to 1949 and beyond? No way. And this is considering that AW, on its own, is already 90,000 words. Oh gawd, I should never look at word counts.

I've got a bad, bad, awful, terrible, horrible week ahead (really, really terrible) so selfishly I shall say that anything anyone does that is remotely entertaining shall be met with weeping tears of joy here. To that end, my Jina has been aiding me heroically.
