Tales of the Calormene Trickster or What I did for NaNo

I wrote more. Things! This story (nearly done, but for the last little bit that I'm still fiddling over) is the story I've wanted to do forever of the retelling of Horse and His Boy from the perspective of the Calormene Trickster. I used some of my NaNo time for it before I got distracted by Into the Jungle and the Beru story.

Amazing! HHB was never my favorite book, but you wring so much depth out of it. Like you and Tumnus, I become less charitably disposed towards Aslan the older I get (or the more I think about it, which may be the same thing).

I'm not sure I want to read this right now because I'm currently kind of operating in the same space and other people's headcanons can be distracting. (My separate Trickster headcanon is Anansi, as you've probably noticed, and that may or may not end up feeding into my current tale...) But I hope I won't forget to get back to it once that is tackled...
