Three Sentence Ficathon 2022 friending meme

Active/primary interests or fandoms: Narnia, Star Wars, The Expanse, baking, politics, dogs, and lots of other things, depending on my mood and interests. I’m not much into anime or gaming.
If you've seen me around, it's probably because: this ficathon, Narnia and from a really long time ago, a Luke/Mara fanfic called Stuff
I am, as the saying goes, a fandom old who could drive to Star Wars A New Hope in 1977 and have been active in online fandoms on and off since 1995. I've written, conservatively, over 1.5 million words of fic (most fan and some pro and under license). Some of it is lost forever, so back up your stories and don't delete anything, ever, no matter how embarrassing. Someone loved it.
I post about: fandom, bitching, moaning, dogs, baking, politics, FDA and food and drug safety, and real life posts that are locked generally to people I've known a really long time. I check posts daily but haven't had the time to respond much on DW lately. That being said, I'm a fandom extrovert, I really like people and engagement and will engage anywhere I'm tagged or mentioned specifically.

If you've seen me around, it's probably because: I’m quite new to DW (hence joining in with this!) so you probably haven’t. If anything it’s that I did quite a few fic exchanges last year. I’m that one person who’s massively into Final Fantasy X approximately twenty years too late.
I post about: fandom, emacs, bemoaning the current state of the internet, sometimes about music I write/arrange. Rarely about real life unless it’s some obscure reflection on my past.
