I have approximately a million feelings about this. Estranged sisters! Horrible babies! Wanting to do right by Harry but fucking everything up! I wrote a story that goes something like that, and also features Petunia and Snape banging awkwardly as grieving. She's just so great, the best character that JK created by accident.
