I totally agree with the second to last paragraph in your reply, but I wish more people would also see it like that. You'd be surprised at the amount of people in online sites (usually men) who agree with Kyuubey and see him as a totally reasonable and fair being, who doesn't take advantage of the girls at all, nor never misleads them because "he can't lie". -_-

Apparently there was one witch (Roberta) who was a woman when she made a contract, but apparently she was an alcoholic too so that might made her more vulnerable than other adults. But this is all based on second-hand info and rumours, there's no definitive proof of it. That does sound like him, though - if Kyubey targeted adults, I think he'd go for whoever is already vulnerable. Which has wide implications, because, who would he pick? People with addictions or mental illnesses, sure, but does other problems also count as "vulnerabilities", like sexism, racism, homophobia...? For some people those might be unbearable, but for others it's just another shitty thing they have to deal with.

I'd love to see how Madoka's mom would react to Kyubey. In the Rebellion movie one of the characters finally gives him his due though. xDD The very final image of the movie before the credits shows Kyubey beaten while his pupils swirl black as if he was about to become a witch. Whether that's good or bad, it's a different issue.
