Mmm. Ginger cookies. I went to a Christmas Fair held at a Swedish church this afternoon and spent so much money (all for a good cause!) on treats, including gingersnaps and Glogg.
Serious Eats posted a really good Italian Almond and Blood Orange cookie recipe. I made them for a cookie swap at the office last year and they were a hit. Coworkers still remember them a year later!
