Well, almost there...

Chapter 11 of TQSiT will likely be up tonight. Oi. This one has taken A LOT out of me. It's sort of a culmination of thoughts I had a year ago when I first started thinking of Narnia, even if I did not anticipate it would end up being told in precisely this way. Lots of research and a lot of thought has gone into this. I just hope it works...

I'm so glad I didn't log on last night when I came home from seeing Jude Law (in Hamlet), otherwise seeing the alert in my inbox would have prevented me from sleeping at all!

Am looking forward to reading this later today. Wow, I can't believe that this chapter has been a year in coming from you. Hopefully, my review will be worthy enough!

I will admit that I started to nod off during the play. Having never read Hamlet in school, I really should have been interested in the whole thing, but between the cramped seating, the cold theater and the darkness, I was losing the battle between sleep and staying awake. Plus, it was 3 hours, 10 minutes long.

But Jude was great in it! His acting was superb as he portrayed Hamlet's madness in so many different ways.

And I must thank you for Parts 1 and 2. I didn't read on my flight to London, but did so on the way back. Part 1 kept me completely occupied on the 8-hour flight, and I didn't even finish! I stopped just under an hour before landing, and it was in the middle of Polly's appearance at the hospital. :-)

Off to read Queen Susan now.
