Thanks, Dolly! I look forward to hearing from you, if you are so inclined! I responded to mremre that Palace Guard used to be my least reviewed/read story. Still I'm very fond of it and I was surprised that some people liked Dalia so well. But as we've established, I'm terrible judge of what people like. I hope you enjoyed the re-read! I'm working on Chapter 11 of AW and it's gone in an unexpected direction with Eustace. I think I like it -- it's consistent -- it's just unexpected. Eustace takes you different places when he's written here as 1)scientist-to-be; 2) no religious background at all; 3) grieving over Caspian's death and tragedy. I know that Caspian probably had many years of a happy life, but Eustace doesn't see any of that. He sees a man who was devastated that he couldn't join them on the journey to Aslan's country, who lost his wife and son and then dies. Eustace is going to have a different view of the benevolence of Aslan and Narnia.
