Yep, she who must not be named is that one behind the wall of lilies that 13 year old Edmund really doesn't want to see just yet. I even went back to Part 1, in the chapter Argentum (7?) where it's Edmund and Lucy talking about Peter. Edmund now has a line referring to his and Lucy's common history -- the implication being that they both left companions/consorts behind.
