child hamlet! goodness, this is my favorite headcanon, and i love how you can see the man hamlet becomes in the open-hearted child he was, full of questions and never satisfied with simple answers -- but even if that child and that man are more alike than different, the differences are wide enough to keep him and his uncle apart.
