“This winter storm contained to Westview must be a result of their one-on-one magic duel,” Monica yelled to Other-Pietro over the blizzard’s winds, “so this is no time to just lay down and play in the snow…even though that would be kinda fun.”

“Maybe some other time?” Other-Pietro blurted out before smacking his head — again, so not the time for comic relief.

However, Monica gave a quick nod, before scrunching up her face to radiate a ring of blue light around herself to light their way; despite the cold, her cheeks couldn’t help but heat at how he stared at her with wide eyes like she was a fallen star.
