There seem to be two Kinzos in one man – the well-reasoned, well-spoken, sane man who understands that his life is running a countdown; and the raving, ranting madman who claims to have made a deal with a witch and thinks that means he owns her and is owed the promise of her return. The man who felt his death approaching in the middle of a massacre with no convenient translators for the sound of people pleading for their lives, and the man who calmly and coldly weighed his connections and decided to sacrifice everyone else for the sake of the one he loves are two sides of the same coin, but which is which?
