Stiles still wakes up, screaming and shaking, from nightmares of his time as the Nogitsune. During those nights, Derek holds him close and tight until his breathing is back to normal and his heart doesn't sound like it's going to explode.

"I'm here, you're safe," Derek whispers and helps Stiles counts their fingers.
