When Ron pulls a beetle out of Hermione’s hair, she immediately knows what’s happened; Rita Skeeter up to her old tricks again, trying to get an exclusive on the spot story about the aftermath of the Battle of Hogwarts.

For a moment she considers letting her go, thinking that now, the day Voldemort was finally defeated, isn’t the day to pursue her old feud with Rita.
