Oh, yes! :D I love the observation on the flute as (useless) comfort, and Fairy vs. the imaginary wolf! And the note of humor at the end, and then the optimism--and it all feels so symbolic of the complexities of his relationship with the Jiang sect and whether or not he can get over all the trauma and complications of the past overall.

And oh, Fairy. <3 The best dog, Fairy, even if she is a dog! And yes I am glad she gets the pet, and maybe there is hope for Wei Wuxian after all. ;_;
