When he's not out fighting, the Kid spends time sitting with Zia, listening to her sing. He never speaks - Kid isn't really much for words, for some reason - but he listens like he wants to remember everything.

Sometimes I wonder if he'll ever start saying anything of his own, somehow - he's got to have plenty of stories to tell.
