It’s unfortunate that the King of Gondor is so appealing in so very many ways, because he has absolutely no taste.

To be expected, of course, all those years in the wilds, and at least he has the grace to pretend to like it, but Eowyn sees exactly the moment he tastes balanced spices and his palate rejects them. Oh well, can’t win them all!
