Even with Ultemecia quieted, there's always a voice in Rinoa's head. She thought of it at first as her sense of justice, standing strong and helping her right what's wrong, but now she's not so sure. The voice tells her that if she really wants to see the changes that will make a better world, the world needs to be afraid of what the Sorceress can do, and Rinoa isn't completely sure the voice is wrong.
