Defeated, Catra sulked in the tub, scrubbing at the itchy spot behind her right ear and grumbling about how long it took for her fur to dry and why Adora had even asked her to go looking for that lost kid in that swamp anyway -- sure, she'd found the kid, but at what cost?
"Merow," Melog said, sounding concerned from where she was perched on the tub's edge; she dipped a paw in carefully and then drew it back out, saying, "Merow!" again as if in warning.
"You're just lucky you don't have a girlfriend," Catra said gloomily, "see what happens," and Melog nodded solemnly and began to clean her wet paw.
