I know there's some variations of her showing up actually in the marriage/kidnapping/rape of Persephone (whatever you want to call it) where in some versions she's the one to either tell Demeter what happened to Persephone or helps Demeter get Persephone back (usually she's replacing Hecate when she showed up in other versions). There's also variations of Dionysus's origin myths where she takes him in to keep him hidden from Hera and then she still runs around with her grandson, saving him one time when Hera put a madness on him. The problem is that apparently some of her myths are tied up into other mother/mountain goddess and then other myths got absorbed by Demeter. Which is a shame because she's really a fascinating person if only because she's a titan but also the matriarch of their usurpers. She's just cool and underrepresented.
