The sight of the endless sands of Agrabah is, by this point, as familiar to Sora as his own home world. Having Lea there busting heartless with him is a little different, sure, but it still feels right, laughing as they fight back to back against the darkness.
"Sure brings back memories, right, Axel?" Sora says, elbowing Lea once the tide of enemies is gone. "Makes me remember the old days, back when we were in the Organization."
Lea starts, looking back at Sora. "What?"
"What?" Sora blinks, equally as startled. There was a thought that had been there, not a moment before- a warm and tender memory that now seems as distant as a dream. He and Lea stare at each other for a long while, before Lea shakes his head and brushes it off without further comment. Sora puts a hand to his chest as Lea walks away, marveling at the lonely pain of memory that isn't his and that he can't remember.
