Merlin - Merlin, Percy has been walking with the actual Merlin! - steps forwards, looking younger with every pace until, like his king, he is a young man as he drops to a knee and lifts up a gleaming, shimmering sword.

"Your sword, your great pratliness." Merlin says, lifting his respectfully-bowed head with a cheeky grin as Percy's jaw drops; the great and legendary King Arthur cuffs him lightly about the head.
