The diplomacy of conducting escape plans through Shadowfax and talking horses is brilliant, and I love how Peter has grown here, and respects and understands Eowyn now as much as he had puppy-love for her when he was younger - the juxtaposition of his notice of her with Eomer and Theodred's assumption that that's just how it is for a woman is wonderful, and very telling of both Peter's character and Narnian society in general. I'm going to have to do more prompting...
