Mizuki screamed, beating her fists against the chained gate as the shadows crept up around her, fighting to forge onwards.

A soft, familiar melody floated through the dark, curling around her heart and easing the panicked rush of its beating. Mizuki turned, searching, and found herself all but falling through the gates thrown suddenly wide and into a pair of welcoming arms.
