I recently discovered some Barry-Callebeaut Chocolate bars in my cupboard that I thought were unsweetened. But NOT. I'd commit murder over a really good chocolate almond croissant. Also, there's this great bakery in Saratoga Springs that makes a lemon curd croissant on weekends. SO GOOD
